Personality.

A bit of an over the top character, yet still somehow charming in a way. If he has his mind set on getting something he won't stop at anything to get it, take that as you will. He is a bit hard to read, nobody can tell if he genuinely thinks he is doing something good and is that delusional or is just trying to convince everyone else that he is doing something good.
